Workday HCM Analyst
Here at Focus Cloud Group we are looking for a Workday HCM Analyst (Junior level) to join one of our clients and support their global Workday implementation.
This is a 1 year contract for a Workday Analyst to support the Workday Program Manager and Workday HCM Lead on the implementation project. There is an opportunity to convert to a permanent employee if all goes well during the contract.
🔸Role - Workday Analyst
🔸Employer - large global organization
🔸Type - 1 year contract with opportunity to convert to permanent
🔸Rate - up to $65/hr W2, or up to $75/hr C2C
🔸Working model - weekly presence in office in MA (ideally 3 days)
🔸Location - Massachusetts and surrounding areas
🔸Projects - global Workday HCM + Payroll implementation
🔸Focus - support the Workday Program Manager and Workday HCM Lead on the Workday implementation and through go live.
🔸Responsibilities - Project coordination, requirements gathering, Business Analysis, Data migration, Data Extraction etc. Candidates will require good knowledge within Workday HCM including a strong understanding of the Workday implementation process.
